AMT Air Support is led by an accomplish group of people that understand the value in each member of the AMTAS team.  It has been proven time and time again that that mission focused complex operations are successful when teams are given Training, Time to execute, Tools, and Trust.  The AMTAS leaders honored to work with the professionals that make up our team are: 

• Eric Couvreur, Accountable Manager. 37 years in Aircraft/Engine Maintenance.  Military, Airline Maintenance Leader, MRO creator.
• James Wieland, VP Operations.  50 years in Aerospace industry.  Military, Airline C-Suite, Leasing.
• John Gerbas, Director Quality (CI) 25+ years in Aircraft/Engine Maintenance.  Military, Airline Line Operations, MRO operations

• We manage safety risk procedures in an SMS based manner.  We are transparent and cooperative in our daily operation and whenever a root cause corrective action is required.
